Firstly you have to use widened tooth comb for freeing of tangles then only you can use this. Otherwise hair breakage will more. I tried it. Ya it will help for blood circulation on scalp. Use a toothbrush to clean it. It may a little bit difficult. Teeth of brush are fine.

Okay so I got this hair brush for my curly hair. Although its a nice brush, it detangles my curls really well but I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the handle. It broke after falling on the ground while I was brushing my hair. Otherwise the brush is really good!!
