SHIPPING:
Free shipping on all Domestic orders for Rs.500 and above. Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout for order value less than Rs.500.
We deliver all orders within 2-7 business days. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days.
PAYMENTS: At the moment, we are only accepting pre-paid orders. Our teams are working closely with the authorities to enable cash on delivery payments. We will notify you soon.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email on care@rootshaircare.com within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has not been shipped, we will then process your cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, then cancellation will not be accepted.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site. ROOTS HAIR AND BEAUTY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
ROOTS HAIR AND BEAUTY PRIVATE LIMITED will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to following reasons, ROOTS HAIR AND BEAUTY PRIVATE LIMITED will contact the customer 2nd time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second-time delivery charges, ROOTS HAIR AND BEAUTY PRIVATE LIMITED will refund the entire order money to the Customer. We will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases
● Delivery not done due to wrong address.
● Recipient not available.
● Premises locked.
